We produce and utilize PA66 GF25 polyamide thermal bridges reinforced with 25% fiberglass in our constructions.
Disadvantages of cheaper alternatives (non-reinforced polyamide, PVC):
  • PVC inserts are brittle and lose their shape at temperatures above 60°C.
  • Non-reinforced variants age faster, shrink, and degrade thermal insulation performance over time.
  • Powder coating is used for aluminum profiles.

  • Very low water absorption — the thermal bridge does not swell or change dimensions.

Qualicoat Powder Coatings
